Terms of Service
Last updated: 8 July 2026
Madeyyat is a personal-finance tool provided as a private, invitation-only service. By signing in and using it you agree to these terms.
1. What the service is
Madeyyat helps you track spending, net worth and financial goals from data you provide or connect. Bank connections are read-only: the service can never initiate payments or transfers on your behalf.
2. Not financial advice
Numbers, projections and AI-generated answers are informational tools computed from your own data. They are not regulated financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and Madeyyat is not a licensed financial adviser. Verify important figures against your bank's own records before acting on them.
3. Your responsibilities
- Keep your Google account (the sign-in credential) secure.
- Only connect bank accounts that belong to you.
- Use the service for personal, lawful purposes.
4. Availability and changes
The service is provided "as is", without uptime guarantees; features may change or be discontinued. Reasonable care is taken to keep data accurate and backed up, but you should not treat the service as the only copy of records you cannot afford to lose.
5. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect damages or losses resulting from decisions taken on the basis of the information shown. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
6. Termination and data
You can stop using the service and request deletion of your data at any time (see the Privacy Policy). Access may be withdrawn where these terms are violated.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Contact: ahmedmkhashaba@gmail.com.
